Sausage & Cider Festival

We are unbelievably excited to announce our Sausage & Cider Festival on August Bank Holiday from Friday 23rd to Monday 26th.

It is going to be an amazing long weekend as we’ve got so many treats for you all. We kick off on Friday 24th August when we begin serving the cider! We will have in the region of 30 boxes of local and national real cider as well as a variety of homemade and locally made sausages served in many ways, such as sausages and creamy mash with your choice of sausages (and you can mix and match!).

Also on the Friday evening sees some live music to compliment both food and beverages.

On Saturday 25th, there will be a buzz in the village with The Walkhampton Flower Show taking place in the Village Hall just a stones throw from the pub. More details to follow soon.

On Sunday 26th we will be serving a sausage roast. You will have your choice of a trio of sausages and we will serve them up with all of your traditional Sunday roast trimmings! Whilst on Sunday evening we are lucky enough to have some live music from Alice Gullick. She is an incredibly talented singer/songwriter with a beautiful voice … one not to be missed

On Monday 26th it’ll be the time to come and relax in our ‘Cider’ Garden in the sun (which we know will be out) and enjoy the huge variety of ciders on offer! Then on Monday evening we have our very own Milly Norris performing and she always kills it!
