Sausage & Cider Festival

We are unbelievably excited to announce our Sausage & Cider Festival on August Bank Holiday from Friday 24th to Monday 27th.

It is going to be an amazing long weekend as we’ve got so many treats for you all. We kick off on Friday 24th August when we begin serving the cider! We will have in the region of 16 boxes of local and national real cider as well as a variety of local sausages served in many ways, such as sausages and creamy mash with your choice of sausages (and you can mix and match!).

Also on the Friday evening sees the return of ‘The Normals’ to the Walkhampton Inn! We were lucky enough to have them play on our opening weekend and we’re delighted they will be back on one of our favourite weekends of the year.

On Saturday 25th, there will be a buzz in the village with The Walkhampton Flower Show taking place in the Village Hall just a stones throw from the pub. More details to follow soon.

On Sunday 26th we will be dusting of the Spit and Roasting a whole Hog for you to enjoy either a full Roast Dinner with pork carved straight from the spit or pork baps throughout most of the day and evening.

On Monday 26th it’ll be the time to come and relax in our ‘Cider’ Garden in the sun (which we know will be out) and enjoy the huge variety of ciders on offer!
